On October 26, 2015, Chongqing Cummins Engine Co.LTD, the parent company leadership, customer representatives, suppliers and distributors, employee representatives and other guests gathered to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the joint venture Chongqing Cummins Engine Co,LTD.

     Chongqing Cummins wrote a splendid chapter for Cummins company in the history of the 40th anniversary in China. It formerly was Chongqing Automobile Engine plant. In 1981,Cummins company started license production in Chongqing,reaching the first production license agreement in China. In 1995, further upgrade bilateral cooperation, a joint venture Chongqing Cummins Engine Co., Ltd set up, which is the first joint venture engine of Cummins in China.Over 20 years of development, Chongqing Cummins has grown into the core of China's advanced large horsepower, but also a key element of Cummins operations in China. In 2014, Chongqing Cummins Engine sold nearly 17,000 units, achieved sales of nearly 3.2 billion yuan.
