The main technical characteristics:

1.Advanced technology:
●4102 four valves series diesel engine  is a new generation and high quality diesel engine which  Dongfeng Chaoyang Diesel Co., Ltd.(DCD) cooperated and developed with AVL,using electroniclly controlled high pressure common rail,cooling EGR and after treatment etc. international advanced technology, and meet Euro III, IV, V emission standard.
●Critical systems and components are selected domestic and world outstanding supplier production products, ensure that the engine has excellent performance.
2. Strong power:
● Carry out finite element analysis and reinforcement design for cylinder head, piston, connecting rod, crankshaft, cylinder block and other key parts by CAE software analysis, meet the 160 bar explosion pressure and is with high enhancemen.
●The maximum power of engine is 170 Horse power, the maximum torque is 600 N.m, it is with strong power, and it is with a good performance at low speed.
3.Good economy:
● The engine adopted four valves structure for per cylinder, greatly improved the intake efficiency  ,optimized combustion,and ensure good fuel economy.
● Adoptthe Bosch electronically controlled high pressure common rail fuel system, precisely control  combustion, using small aperture/hole injector, fuel atomization degree is high, the fuel and gas mix more uniform, lower fuel consumption.
● Euro IV engine models used EGR+DOC+POC technology, the low using cost, good  eliability.
4. High reliability:
● Cylinder block through strengthening design, roof plate is thickened, main bearing wall is strengthen, the main force line is strengthen, the middle division plate is thickened, skirt arc design, increasing the structure stiffness, high reliability. Adopting full - closed push rod chamber, to improve strength and reduce noise. The main bearing cover are made of QT500 material, it is with high tensile strength.
●Thicken the bottom plate of cylinder head, strengthen structure,spiral and tangential combined port design, improves the air intake efficiency.
● Crankshaft is made of 42CrMo material, the main bearing spindle, con-rod spindle, fillets are used high frequency quenching process, increasing the intensity.
● Connecting rod used the advanced wedge rod structure, increasing bearing area, the rod body' thickness increases, fillet increase, greatly improves the strength and reliability of connecting rod.
●Piston combustion chamber uses new type open combustion chamber,and meet the emission requirements. With internal cooling oil channel, improve the heat resistance. Wedge pin seat design, increased bearing area.
● Cylinder head pad material adopted three pieces of steel pad, flowed water hole design of cylinder pad is not uniform section, flowed water hole section where low pressure and current velocity is bigger than where high pressure and current velocity, make the water flow distribution uniform from the cylinder block cavity to the cylinder head, each cylinder cooling is more uniform, more high reliability.
●Cooling system and lubrication system have been strengthening design, increasing the flow, and cooling and lubricating ability are sufficient.

5. Low noise:
●Make the combustion process stable through the combustion development,reducing the combustion noise,

●Adopt high precision driving gear, ensure the smooth transmission, reduced noise,
●Make silicone oil clutch fan, not only can save energy, but also greatly reduces the noise produced by the fan.
●Used the vibration isolation cushion on the fixed bolt of oil sump and the rocker arm chamber cover, greatly reducing the transfer of mechanical noise.
●Noise for the engine is in the leading level in the similar products.
